Joseph C. Stainton, M.D. and Russell L. Harral III, M.D. founded Vision Care Center of Northeast Arkansas in 1999 with a commitment to provide one source eye care in Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri.

Dr. Alyssa Wenger, M.D. joined the Vision Care Team in January of 2006 and together with Dr. Stainton, Dr. Harral and the Vision Care Team, Vision Care Center offers a full spectrum of personalized eye care from general examinations, glasses, and contact lenses, to comprehensive treatment of complex medical and surgical eye conditions.
